Texas Wine Grape Growers Camp 2019

The Bracero Group was a proud sponsor of TWGGA’s Grape Camp held at the Gillespie County Fairgrounds, November 1st and 2nd.  We hope to bring education to all the vineyard owners that sufficient, high quality and “legal”  vineyard workers can be yours by hiring The Bracero Group.

As a token of our appreciation, we provided all our attendees with ‘Comal Dipping Spices‘. Just like the recipe below makes a great snack,  let The Bracero Group be your recipe for your labor woes.

Fire Crackers
½ cup of your favorite dipping oil (Olive, Canola)
¼ tsp. Cayenne Pepper
½ package of dry Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing
Mix the above ingredients together & set aside.

Place one ream of fat free saltine crackers in a one gallon zip-lock bag.

Pour the above oil mixture with crackers; toss every 20 min. for ~ 1 – 2 hours so that oil mixture saturates into the crackers.

Add one ounce of Comal Dipping Spices and toss with crackers.

You can also order these FABULOUS Comal Dipping Spices online.
